New Caledonia collection written up on leaves including French Colonies general issues (15) used in the colony; range of 1881-92 provisional surcharges (19); 1892 overprints to 1Fr; 1892-93 surcharges (6); 1899-1902 Surcharges (9); 1892 & 1900 Peace & Commerce sets; and some later issues. An excellent lot with many scarce items. Fine used predominate. Cat value exceeds £4000. The collection includes an example of SG 44 used but this is of doubtful authenticity and not included in the valuation. Good to VF (166).
