Linnaeus Banks [Isabella Banks] The Manchester Man, 1896, illustrated by Charles Green & Hedley Fitton, signed by Isabella Banks on the half-title, complete with the many plates and three maps (two folding). Large paper edition, top edge gilt, uncut elsewhere. This scarce signed edition was jointly published by Abel Heywood of Manchester, and Simpkin, Marshall, Hamilton, Kent & Co, London. Some variable foxing to text, the plates & maps largely unaffected, one map with small marginal tear strengthened with archival tape.
