Penny Mulready Envelope, stereo A138, used January 1841 from FORT GEORGE to Bellaghy, Ireland, with a very blotchy red Malterse Cross handstamp, backstamped with a nice array of despatch, transit and arrival marks. Some small faults

Pair of FORT WILLIAM foolscap covers 1911 & 1934, the former Registered to Corrour with EVII 3d, the latter with GV adhesive tied oval FORT WILLIAM / 10 A.M. 1934 / L.N.E.R. and similar handstamp over flap cancelling an LNER 3d Parcel Stamp (repaired). The latter cover has a vertical crease clear of the stamps. (2)

Disinfected Mail: 1854 Tuscany entire from the writer Giovani Rosini with "Disinfetta / PROVINCIA DI / BOLOGNA", the letter written and posted at FIRENZE with 4 Crazie adhesive (cut by one of four purification slits); arrival date of Ravenna on flap. (Rosini writes that he has been confined to his bed for 60 days, suffering from Plague).
