Bell, London, 1716 [Vol.2]; octavo, later half-leather, gilt, backstrip damaged; title page and prelims darkened, some damp-staining (mainly to last 50 leaves), o/w good internally. Small hole towards foot of title page has removed “Vol.2”. [A similar work was issued in 1715 but each volume is complete in itself]
