London, 1657, folio, untrimmed; title page with coat of arms of the Commonwealth, some grime and small repair, ink notation to lower left border; 73pp of blackletter text, very good. Disbound with remains of leather backstrip preserved, original stitch holes evident. This tax was raised to maintain Britain's war effort against the Spanish.
